We are an entirely volunteer-operated farmers market, and we appreciate everyone who is able to support the market in any way.
Here are our current volunteer opportunities:
2026 VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Info Booth
(9am - 1pm every Sunday)
provide support at info booth - this includes: answering customer questions, selling merchandise, punching customer loyalty cards
Art Zone
(9am - 1pm every Sunday)
provide hands-on instructions and support to children at the Art Zone tent
Customer Count
(9am - 1pm every Sunday)
(2 volunteers per week)
stand at either end of market and keep track of customers entering from your end for a designated 10 minutes every hour; record counts in info tent binder
Sunflower Contest Manager
(every Sunday from May 3rd through July 5th)
hand out sunflower seed packets and manage sign up sheet at info tent
(Sunday, Sept 13th)
manage sunflower judging contest: log and measure entries from 9am-12pm, complete judging at noon and notify winners; hand out prizes

Dog Days of Summer (Jul 12) - sell raffle tickets
National Farmers Market Week (Aug 2) - hand out BINGO cards and record raffle entries
Salsa Fest (Date TBD) - 2 volunteers needed - sell raffle tickets, sell tickets to tasting tent
Halloween (Oct 25) - 2 volunteers needed - manage costume contest, manage pumpkin carving contest
Taste It Tent
(one Sunday per month from 9am - 1pm)
offer samples of that month’s featured food item, engage with customers about the product, and hand out information
